I am forever thankful to Eliza! After going through a couple well known busy fertility clinics it was an absolute pleasure meeting Eliza. I wish I knew about her 2 years ago. Don't waste your time and money on other clinics, if you want results, amazing doctor who actually genuinely cares about you and someone that will provide best care then call Eliza. I met Eliza when my husband and I were beginning our last Frozen transfer here in Washington but for our embryo and home fertility clinic in Texas. I called so many fertility clinics around and no one would monitor my transfer process here if I wasn't doing the transfer here until I found Eliza and first steps. I am so glad I found her, her prices are affordable, she is a great communicator and super flexible in scheduling. I highly recommend her!

Eliza and her team are awesome. They are kind and caring. From the first time talking on the phone with her to every single time I call her or message her passion for helping with this journey blows me away. I wish First Steps had existed back in 2017! Our journey through primary infertility had led us to one of the big IVF clinics in the greater Seattle area. Our experience at this IVF clinic was one of overwhelm and staff indifference— we were immediately ushered straight to the most expensive and most intensive treatment plan and after spending 10s of thousands of dollars we met with our doctor a total of 3 times during our 7 month time at the clinic and were basically left to navigate the process by ourselves. We did end up ultimately being successful, but our experience was so traumatizing and depersonalized that my husband and I decided that when we wanted to grow our family again, we would do everything possible to avoid having to go back. Fast forward to 2020– I encountered First Steps Fertility through a google search and was inspired to go because we were approaching a year trying to conceive our second. Once I met Eliza, I knew we were in good hands, she was everything we needed her to be: compassionate, warm, personal, knowledgeable, accurate, and communicative. There was no pressure, just options, and she prioritized our wishes for our treatment journey over everything. The treatment plans and technology offered at First Steps are equivalent to big fertility clinics minus the IVF and the “sticker shock” price tags, which was exactly what we wanted. Eliza was responsive, hands on, and available throughout the process and I really felt like I could trust her to follow through. While working with Eliza, we successfully conceived and received early pregnancy monitoring through First Steps. It was an incredibly healing and empowering experience for us in our infertility journey. I can wholeheartedly recommend First Steps to anyone in a similar situation.
